What are Vitamins :-
Vitamin organic compounds (including carbon) and essential nutrient body can not produce enough and it needs to be obtained from food.

There are currently 13 recognized Vitamins.
Vitamins are either fat-soluble or water-soluble.


Fat-soluble Vitamins :-

Fat soluble vitamins are stored in body and liver fatty tissues. Fat is soluble Vitamins are easy to store in comparison to water soluble people and can remain in the form of reserves for days in the body, for some of them, for a few months. Fats-soluble vitamins are absorbed through the intestines with the help of fats (lipids). Vitamins A, D, E, and Fats are soluble.

Water-soluble Vitamins :-

Water soluble vitamins are not stored in the body for a long time - they are soon emitted in the urine. Because of this, water-soluble vitamins need to be replaced more frequently than fat-soluble people. Vitamin C and all B vitamins are water soluble.
